EXIT Realty Corp. International, a real estate franchisor with brokerage locations across North America, recently hit the $4 million mark in pledging donations to charities. At the same time, EXIT Realty will be expanding its successful charitable initiative, newly dubbed the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching program.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is pledged to charity. In 2004, the company began a successful affiliation with Habitat for Humanity when it sponsored the first of many home builds. In 2016, the company introduced a program to match funds raised by its brokerages and agents to benefit Habitat for Humanity initiatives in their local communities. The new Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching program makes it possible for associates to raise funds and have them matched by EXIT for not only Habitat for Humanity initiatives, but also for other approved, registered charities.
