You’d be hard-pressed to find a Keller Williams REALTOR® not lending a helping hand on May 11.
Every year, on the second Thursday of May, all Keller Williams offices across the world give back to their communities in what is known as RED Day.
This year, Toronto’s Keller Williams Advantage Realty volunteered at Eastview Neighbourhood Community Centre. Eastview is a charitable, multi-service neighbourhood centre offering a broad range of recreational, social and capacity-building programs. Programs include a food bank, hot lunch program, children’s drop-in, new mom support groups and much more.
Keller Williams Advantage Agents pitched in preparing food, painting walls, organizing spaces, entertaining kids and gardening. The day ended with a neighbourhood barbecue.
“We were so humbled by the incredible staff and volunteers at Eastview and were welcomed with such open arms,” said Keller Williams team leader Emily Salter. “We can’t wait to be of more support to such a much-needed community outreach centre.”
