Tuesday, September 23, 2014 was a perfect day for fishing! With temperatures in the mid-20s and under sunny skies, 105 fishermen joined the 8th Annual MREA Shelter Foundation Fishing Derby at Selkirk Park in Manitoba.
This year, over $7,000 was raised for the Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) Shelter Foundation, which is dedicated to raising funds for charitable organizations that support shelter-related causes that improve the quality of life of Manitobans.
The Foundation wishes to thank all registrants, sponsors and Blue Haze BBQ for making this event such a success.
