In 2011, Durham Region Association of REALTORS® raised over $12,000 to support four incredible charities: Precious Minds, Muslim Welfare House, Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre, and Bethesda House.
All four charities have recently received additional funding from the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation. Since its inception, the Foundation has granted more than $2 million on behalf of Ontario REALTORS®, to shelter-based organizations across the province.
“Durham REALTORS® have made a significant contribution to this important Foundation and are very excited to have those funds coming back to make a difference in the local community,” expressed Christine Marquis, President of the Durham Region Association of REALTORS®.
