On June 8, 2011, the REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound (RAGBOS) held their annual golf tournament and raised $19,000 (including Scotiabank’s platinum sponsorship) in support of Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce (HHGB) and their upcoming Hanover build. HHGB plans to begin construction of eight homes in Hanover for families in need next year.
Making the cheque presentation to HHGB Executive Director Greg Fryer (right) was RAGBOS President Tricia McKeeman (centre) and RAGBOS Entertainment Chair Michael McIntee (left). Over the past 11 years, RAGBOS members, in cooperation with the REALTORS Care® Foundation, have donated a total of $94,060 to Habitat builds.
