On Friday, November 3, 2007, members of The Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) attended the Siloam Mission Gala Dinner. Sponsored by MREA, this event raised almost $70,000. The proceeds were directed to MOST (Mission Off the Streets Team) Employment program, Computer Literacy Lab, and School of Expressive Arts. These programs will assist hungry, homeless and hurting people of the Winnipeg community learn new skills as they transition to healthy, self-reliant lifestyles.
The event also celebrated 5 years of John Mohan’s leadership as Executive Director. John is responsible for an average growth rate of 450% per year and the poor and the homeless are glad he has.
