The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation recently announced $50,000 was raised at the Royal LePage National Headstart Conference held September 14 and 15 at Harrision Hot Springs resort in British Columbia.
Funds were raised in a variety of ways including a trade fair, pre-conference networking events and the charity’s popular silent and live auctions. The popular two-day Ride for Shelter fundraiser, organized by motorcycling members of the Royal LePage Riders Club, brought in more than $11,000 in pledges alone.
“Together, we’re helping to put an end to domestic violence in Canada and continuing this great tradition of fundraising for our foundation at Royal LePage conferences,” said Royal LePage Shelter Foundation executive director, Shanan Spencer-Brown.
