REALTOR® Members and Staff of the Manitoba Real Estate Association enjoyed a very festive St. Patty’s Day fundraising dinner in support of Siloam Mission. GREENBACK THE HOMELESS-WEAR GREEN, GIVE GREEN was raising funds for the development of Hannah’s Place Emergency Shelter.
Siloam Mission recently moved to its new facilities located in the heart of Winnipeg on Princess Street. The first floor “soup kitchen” of the 4-story warehouse was completed in November 2005. Fundraising for Hannah’s Place Emergency which will transform the 2nd floor of the building into Winnipeg’s largest emergency bed shelter is under way, approximately $200,000.00 of funding is still needed.
