Through funds from interest earned on real estate brokers’ trust accounts, REALTORS® in Manitoba donated enough money to provide a fully-outfitted kitchen in a new Habitat for Humanity® home.
On behalf of Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) members, President Dan Wachniak recently presented a cheque for $27,500 to Kim Wilson, Director, Fund Development at Habitat for Humanity® Manitoba.
“This is great! It will even cover all the appliances!” Wilson said, giving a big thumbs-up.
MREA has been a partner with Habitat for Humanity® for 25 years.
