Coldwell Banker Pro Co has made it a tradition to give back to the community with our annual Community Pledge for Charity. This year’s pledge was in support of the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. The team of REALTORS® raised a total of $5,356.85 by making a donation from every closed sale, placing donation boxes in their public open houses, and participated in the Active for Autism Walk on October 26, 2014.
The Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador (ASNL) is a provincial charitable organization dedicated to promoting the development of individual, lifelong, and community based supports and services for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), their families, and caregivers. The ASNL offers programming options for individuals with ASD and their family members at their regional office locations. These programs include such options as supportive employment, social thinking, structured teaching, therapeutic recreation and more. They also strive to be an informative resource for those interested in learning more about ASD, and have a wide range of materials available at their regional offices.
