Every year, CBC NL holds a holiday turkey drive to collect turkeys so every family in Newfoundland and Labrador can enjoy a delicious turkey dinner for the holidays.
In 2015, the NL Association of REALTORS® (NLAR) raised $1,000 at their annual Christmas dinner & dance in support of the annual turkey drive. As a result, NLAR was able to donate a grand total of 60 frozen birds to this good cause just in time for the holidays.
Congratulations to the NLAR social committee for their volunteer and commitment to this project.
