The Canadian REALTORS Care® Foundation was on-site at this year’s Atlantic Connection conference in Halifax, asking REALTORS® to nominate a charitable organization doing great work in their local community for a chance to win a $1,000 donation.
REALTORS® from across Atlantic Canada filled our ballot box to the brim, nominating causes close to their hearts.
By the end of the trade show, a random draw was conducted and REALTOR® Kathy Morash’s entry came out on top. The Lillian Allbon Animal Shelter in Amherst, Nova Scotia will be receiving a $1,000 cheque, courtesy of the Foundation. The Lillian Allbon Animal Shelter is an independent shelter that cares for and rehomes stray or neglected dogs and cats.
