On May 25, 2011, members of the Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of REALTORS® Inc. presented a cheque for $11,000 to the Down Syndrome Association of Peterborough. This generous donation enables the Down Syndrome Association of Peterborough to enhance the equipment offered at Respite House, a place for children and adults with special needs to stay when their families need a break.
