On April 9, 2015, Steven Greenidge, a REALTOR® from CENTURY 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc. spent a night on the streets armed with nothing more than a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard. “It will be cold. It will be dark. But for one night, I can give up the comforts of home knowing it can bring warmth and brightness to the young people who need it most,” said Greenidge.
Sleep Out: Next Generation is a unique event organized by Covenant House Toronto to help raise awareness and funds in support of youth homelessness.
On his motivation to take part in the event, Greenidge explained: “Family is the core of our business. Being a REALTOR® shows me how important it is to have a place to call “home”.”
