The 6th Annual National Garage Sale for Shelter of Royal LePage Triland, Brokerage took place on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in two locations, raising a combined total of $10,857.10!
One hundred per cent of the money raised that day will be donated, through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, to two local women’s shelters: Violence Against Women Services and the Women’s Community House.
Each year in May, Royal LePage offices across Canada organize fundraisers as part of the National Garage Sale for Shelter in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Royal LePage brokers, agents, managers, and staff volunteer their time to host these events, which – to date – have raised more than $1.6 million nationally.
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention programs.
