On March 30, 2009, REALTORS® of Sutton Group – First Choice Realty Ltd.* took time out to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Stratford and District. They participated in the annualBowl for Kids Sake – REALTOR® Challenge. The group from the St. Marys and Stratford offices were eager to challenge each other to a game of bowling while supporting a great cause. Each REALTOR® participating was encouraged to raise money through pledges from clients, friends and family.
Stephanie Hall, a REALTOR® with Sutton Group – First Choice Realty Ltd.*, is heavily involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Stratford and District. Not only was she integral in organizing this event but is working on a regular basis for the charity. She joined the organization eight months ago to help look at ways to improve their financial sustainability through new sources of income.
This is the second consecutive year the group has been involved in the Bowl for Kids Sake – REALTOR® Challenge. “We like to be involved in this event as it is so well recognized within the community,” REALTOR® Kim Graham, explains. Kim expresses her gratitude for her fellow REALTORS®, she says, “We had set a minimum amount required for participation, but many of the REALTORS® went above and beyond this.” A total of $1700 was raised by the Sutton Group – First Choice Realty Ltd.* team. They look forward to next year’s event and raising more for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Stratford and District.
