On Thursday, December 6th, The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB) hosted their 2012 AGM & Christmas Luncheon at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club in Milton, Ontario. Through members’ dues and various fundraising events in 2012, the luncheon included a presentation of cheques to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton and Home Suite Hope.
A total of $3,000 dollars was donated by the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton and $40,000 and $7,000 were donated to Home Suite Hope by OMDREB and the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation, respectively.
OMDREB events that made these donations possible included a tradeshow in April, a golf event in June, and culminated with the 2012 President’s Charity Mardi Gras Ball in October.
