In August 2019, REALTORS® from Toronto-based Right at Home Realty raised more than $3,700 for the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital through their participation in the Lemonade for Possibility charity initiative. Right at Home Realty brokerages in the GTA and lower Ontario joined in, setting up street side lemonade stands and bringing in scores of thirsty customers.
“In our business, you see the struggles members of our community face firsthand,” explains Right at Home Realty’s Director of Marketing, Adam Price. “We care a great deal about children and families. We are annual contributors to several charitable organizations and are always eager to help where we can, so when we were presented with the opportunity to assist Holland Bloorview raise funds, we felt it was completely in line with our corporate values.”
On top of the money raised through lemonade sales, Right at Home Realty’s corporate office also got involved by providing their own donation and soliciting others to support Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital through a fundraising page on Facebook. Thanks to the combined efforts of Right at Home Realty’s REALTORS® and corporate staff, their contribution to Holland Bloorview’s Lemonade for Possibility initiative was an outstanding success.
